Is it legal to sell my extra test strips?

In most states, yes — test strips and CGM sensors are over-the-counter supplies you own, and selling unopened, unexpired boxes you purchased yourself is generally permitted. We operate only where local law allows. We cannot accept boxes marked "Medicaid," "Medicare," "Not for resale," or any prescription medications.

Why can't you buy insulin or other medications?

Insulin and other prescription medications are regulated differently from over-the-counter supplies, and reselling them is restricted by federal and state law. We only purchase OTC diabetic supplies — test strips, CGM sensors, pump supplies, and lancets.

What condition do the boxes need to be in?

Sealed and unexpired, always. Condition then sets the price: mint sealed boxes get the full offer, light shelf wear gets a small reduction, and tears, dents, crushed corners, or water damage get a reduced offer — confirmed with you before any exchange. Opened or expired boxes can't be purchased. Pharmacy labels are fine if they peel off without damaging the box.

How fast do I actually get paid?

In person — at our local office or a meet-up — you're paid on the spot once we verify the boxes match what we discussed. Mail-ins are paid within 24 hours of your package arriving and being verified. Cash, Venmo, or Zelle — you choose.

Will my offer change after I ship my boxes?

Not if the boxes match what we verified together on the call — brand, quantity, expiry, sealed condition. If something is different on arrival, we contact you first with a revised offer, and you can accept it or have your supplies shipped back free.

What if my supplies expire soon?

We can usually still buy boxes with 3+ months left, at a reduced rate. Anything closer than that, or already expired, we can't accept — so don't wait.
